Symbol, on london bridge Options

they mived london bridge to lake havasu arizona - while we were in the desert we went there and i just noticed this strange symbol while playing back the video

Weird. Perhaps Freemason?

I don't know for definite, but the cross makes me think it's Christian, or at least related to Christianity, as it's situated on top of a circle - the triumphant cross with orb.

It looks similar to the symbols they used on places that were markers for pilgrimages and for route markers. They also marked the places in which they stopped during funeral routes when they were bringing a king back for burial. England is full of symbolic carving that are half forgotten and that only a few experts understand the meaning of.

the X portion strikes me as a roman numeral '10' just the way the edges have serif font detailing, it was popular prior to the last 30 years or so.
no idea about the rest.

I am thinking it is a seal of some sort of authority. The up facing triangle is associated with divine power and the triumphant cross reinforces this notion. The circle with an X though it often signifies something inportant but can't make it if with the other parts. If I know where it was found on the bridge it might help.
