Hello And Good Morning. Options

Hello one and hello all, I'm new to this site, I think it's the hidden gem I have been hunting for many sleepless nights, at last I am relieved to have found it.

Abit about myself I am a young Soldier, who is open to new ideas following an experience in my life recently it has opened up my eyes to see there's more than whats in-front of me.

I have been dabbling in the arts of High Magick, only white, scouring interests me but have not looked into it yet, I feel drawn to Alchemy, generally I'm a curious cookie
but not a foolish one, my mother has been an occultist for a number of years and has given me the basics and starter advice.
I wouldn't know what to classify what I had in terms of talents I have been given I have done Astral Projection, basic rituals.
Recently I have noticed my empathy, sensory awareness has been increasing to heightened levels.

Typical Eastern teachings of Dao/Taoism also interest me but I find gaining knowledge on such subjects in English rather.. difficult.

I will happily talk to anyone and would like more people to be able to share thoughts and experiences with etc, I can't exactly do it at work now...

And has just noticed how clumsy I have been with my post... apologies moderators!

Welcome! This site is indeed a hidden gem. Unfortunately, there are plenty of schmucks like me here that mar the view from time to time. Tant pis.

You allude to an important experience that moved you towards the occult arts recently, anything you'd feel comfortable sharing?

I'm jealous that you have an "in" with your mother on occultism. Many of us have to wage war with our parents of these things and then figure it our for ourselves. Very cool.

I had to laugh at the "can't share it at work comment." That's why I'm here too! As Buddha said, the community of the Sangha is one of the great jewels of spiritual life.
