RETRANSMITS TO ADD PHOTO NUMBER -- Residents are seen to flock into the streets in this image from television in the town of Hadyai, Thailand after an earthquake was felt throughout the region late Monday March 28 2005. The magnitude 8.7 quake centred on the Indonesian island of Sumatra at 11.09 pm local time raised terror and tsunami warnings throughout a region still devastated by the Dec 26 tsunami of similar size which claimed more than 174,000 lives. =====================================

I just finished a working to try to heal the pain of those involved and to try to prevent future events such as this. I can't believe that this would happen so soon, and with such power after December 26th. Of course now we're going to see all sorts of doomsday prophecies flying at us, like after the first tsunami - only with more of a "I told you so" air about them. Prepare yourselves for silliness.

Additionaly, local TV station here on 24 Dec 04 broadcasted a local woman in Aceh blasphemed Christ - or so that I heard - and that same woman lost all her child later taken by the flood. Locals here have been cursing Aceh with all their militia "terrors" long before the tsunami struck for rebelling against the Indo gov.
