Well i just asked my ------, and trust me, he knows almost everything, and he said psi punch is possible, you have to conjure lots of energy, and you have to meditate a lot!

Please stop trying to add mystery to your Astral Friend by always blanking out his race/name. Everyone here would be perfectly fine with whatever form he has taken. As of right now, you seemed ashamed of him. Why care what we think? Anyway, if it's really that big of a deal for you, just refer to him as your friend or astral companion. Sorry if this is off topic, it was bugging me.
